展延地契-财路分期捐款计划

我们的上师的主要关注点是什么……

“根据我个人的经验，如果凡事临渴掘井，那将会给自己带来巨大的压力，正如最后一分钟才来用功的人难以成就一样……这将使大家陷入困境。因此，我们必须未雨绸缪，防患未然。”

如何能圆满上师的心愿?

分期捐款、布施供养，令种子得以成长……

总共2万平方英尺（20,000 sf），每平方英尺需 500元（$500），共需资金1000万元（ $10 million）。

我们已筹得2,800平方英尺的款项。现在希望筹得17,200平方英尺的款项或860万元（$8.6 million）。

Dear Members and Friends

WE APPEAL FOR YOUR PRECIOUS SUPPORT

Our Centre officially opened its door at Pasir Ris on the 31^st December 1995. On the 31^st of December this year is our Centre’s 17^th Anniversary. This reminds us that we only have 9½ years of lease left (start date of lease is July 1991). We need to accumulate a fund targeted at $9 million to adequately cover the Land lease Renewal process.

Our financial forecast shows that if our operational collections from Major Events (Vesak, Changchog and Medicine Buddha) and other Centre Pujas, increase by 10% a year and expenses controlled at an increase of 5% a year, the operational fund and operational cash position will be in control. Then we can fully focus on raising $9 million in 9 years with associated controlled 20% budgeted expenses for land lease renewal projects. This has been discussed at Board and Exco level as well as with our Resident Rinpoche, His Eminence Doongsey Ratna Vajra Rinpoche.

To nurture the importance of these Land lease Renewal fund raising activities, we have requested Our Resident Rinpoche His Eminence Doongsey Ratna Vajra Rinpoche to personally create and install the “Wealth deities; 9 male, 9 female” or 18 Jambala Wealth Vase for our Centre for the purpose of wealth attraction and accumulation. After having instructed our Resident monk, Khentrul la on the preparation procedures, our Resident Rinpoche, His Eminence Doongsey Ratna Vajra Rinpoche inaugurate this vase installation by conducting the consecration and blessing of this newly prepared Wealth Vase on 1st January 2012 at Our Centre Main Hall.

We appeal all members and friends to come out in full support of our Land Lease renewal either or both in the form of puja registration, sponsorship or attendance. Your presence will create and increase the auspicious condition for the success of the future of our Centre as a place for Dharma propagation and benefit of our Community.

The Vase will be displayed permanently in the Main Hall after the inauguration for continuous wealth blessing for all and a constant reminder of the importance of donors and supporters for the continuity of Dharma propagation of Our Centre after July 2021 when our Land lease runs out.

Your support is greatly appreciated for the continuity of Dharma propagation of our Centre after July 2021 when our Land lease runs out. It will inspire and motivate all to work together harmoniously and relentlessly to achieve this goal together with His Holiness, the Sakya Trizin and our Resident Rinpoche, His Eminence Doongsay Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, and in future, His Holiness’ grandson, His Eminence Doongsey Akasha Vajra Rinpoche.

May the Blessing of Our Gurus and the Triple Gem be with all of us!
